DTC P1160 THROTTLE RETURN SPRING
NOTE:

1. OUTLINE OF DIAGNOSIS
Judge as NG when the valve is opened more than the default opening angle, but does not move to the close direction with the motor power stopped.
2. COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

4. GENERAL DRIVING CYCLE
• Ignition switch ON > OFF
• Ignition switch OFF > ON (Only after clearing memory)
5. DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.
Malfunction Criteria | Threshold Value |
Throttle position (Main Sensor) at power supply off' − Throttle position (Main Sensor) | < 2 ° |
Time Needed for Diagnosis: Less than 1 second
Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
