DTC U0155 LOST COMMUNICATION WITH INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) CONTROL MODULE

1. OUTLINE OF DIAGNOSIS
Detect malfunction of CAN communication.
Judge as NG when CAN communication failure between TCM, VDC CM and combination meter has occurred.

Frame Format: 11 Bit ID Frame (Standard Frame)
Conforms to ISO11898
Communication Speed: 500 kbps
3. EXECUTION CONDITION

4. GENERAL DRIVING CYCLE
Perform the diagnosis continuously after starting the engine.
5. DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.
Malfunction Criteria | Threshold Value |
CAN data from instrument panel cluster control module | = Lost |
Time Needed for Diagnosis: 500 ms
Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
