DTC B16F3 FRONT SUB SENSOR LH RECOGNITION ERROR

Diagnosis start condition:

Ignition voltage is 10 V to 16 V.

DTC detecting condition:

Front sub sensor (LH) is misinstalled.

CAUTION:

Before performing diagnosis, refer to “CAUTION” in “General Description”. General Description > CAUTION">

STEPCHECKYESNO

1.REPLACE FRONT SUB SENSOR.

1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF, disconnect the battery ground cable, and wait for 60 seconds or more.

2) Replace the front sub sensor (LH) with a genuine sensor. Front Sub Sensor > REMOVAL">

Does the warning light go off?

Finish the diagnosis.

Replace the airbag control module. Airbag Control Module > REMOVAL">
