While driving the Subaru Ascent, always ensure that the under-floor storage compartment lid is securely closed. An open lid may become a hazard during sudden braking or in the event of a collision.
Do not place flammable materials, pressurized containers, or corrosive substances in the under-floor storage compartment of the Subaru Ascent, as this may create dangerous conditions.

Straps

The Subaru Ascent features a practical under-floor storage compartment located beneath the cargo area floor. This space is ideal for storing smaller items and keeping the cargo area organized.

To access the compartment, pull the tab to lift the lid. Once opened, secure it using the integrated strap attached to the seatback, allowing convenient hands-free access.
