HVAC SYSTEM (HEATER, VENTILATOR AND A/C) > Heater and Cooling Unit

INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Replace O-rings with new parts and install securely.

Before handling the airbag system components, refer to “CAUTION” of “General Description” in “AIRBAG SYSTEM”. General Description > CAUTION">

1. Install each part in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque:

Heater and cooling unit: General Description > COMPONENT">

Air conditioning unit: General Description > COMPONENT">

2. Fill engine coolant. Engine Coolant > REPLACEMENT">

3. Charge refrigerant. Refrigerant Charging Procedure > PROCEDURE">
