Subaru Crosstrek Service Manual: Installation

EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES)(H4DO) > Purge Control Solenoid Valve

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Hold the purge control solenoid valve unit by hand to prevent it from rotating together.

Connect the vacuum hose as shown in the figure.

To intake manifold

To fuel pipe

Check that the vacuum hose is securely held to the intake manifold and intake manifold clip (A).

Tightening torque:

3.4 N·m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.5 ft-lb)
