The hazard warning flasher in the Subaru Ascent is designed to alert surrounding drivers when the vehicle is stopped under emergency or hazardous conditions, ensuring maximum visibility and safety on the road.
The hazard warning system in the Subaru Ascent operates independently of the ignition switch position, allowing it to function at any time when needed.
To activate the hazard warning flasher, press the dedicated switch located on the instrument panel. Once activated, all turn signal lights and corresponding indicator lights will flash simultaneously. To deactivate the system, press the switch again.
NOTE
While the hazard warning flasher is active in the Subaru Ascent, the standard turn signal function is temporarily disabled.
