This section describes some of the basic features of the audio/visual system. Some information may not pertain to your system.
Your audio/visual system works when the ignition switch is turned to the "ACC" or "ON" position.
CAUTION
To prevent the battery from being discharged, do not leave the audio/ visual system on longer than necessary when the engine is not running.
NOTE
Some functions can also be operated by using the voice command system.

Checking the oil level
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and
turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK"/
"OFF" position. If you check the oil level
just after turning the ignition switch to the
"LOCK"/"OFF" position, wait a few minutes
for the oil to drain back into the oil pan
before checking the level.
